ok so about 8 weeks ago i wrapped up my legal issues and was granted PTI (PRE TRIAL INTERVENTION) facing prob 8 years if it went to trial. So the program was slated to start 3 months after court was done. I asked surrounding and since the crime was not drug related but i was on drugs when it happened deaden with narcotics testing was only used if seen that i needed it with equal reason figured i would stop smoking a month before it started. Heres were it gets scary. 4 days ago my co defendents father who is a fire fighter got some inside information from a emt that in about a week or so a list of people going into pti or on pti not sure which were to be drug tested at home and if you failed it was game by and you go on foot to jail unitl the case have power to go to proof. I stopped smoking with respect to 4 days ago and only vanity about a quater a week for the greatest part with friends so really maybe 5 grams or less if that. sometimes less but never more and chiefly with days of soberness in between. I dont drink i’m about 19 and about 3 days a week i do tree trimming under the table in the florida heat then head to a ups warehouse 5 days a week were temps average about 95 to 100 inside the trailers. Should i be worried about the 50/50 risk of getting tested in about 4 days if i stay clean get some fat burners and just keep doin what i’m doin . thks to all who reply.
